This first session mobilized more than twenty experts coming from 4 target countries (Algeria, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia), representing developers, contractors (real estate developers, social landlords), prime contractors (engineering, architects, planners), the banking and financial sector, and the national or local institutions operating in this sector.
