On 13<sup>th<\/sup> July, Joan Herrera Torres took over as director-general of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medener.org\/en\/membre\/idae-spain\/\">IDAE<\/a>. These changes come in the wake of the replacement of the PAREER-CRECE programme for energy-efficient building renovation, launched in October, 2013, by PAREER II.
