MEDENER : Partner of the Mediterranean Climate Change Adaptation Awards of ADEME

During the MEDENER conference on the energy transition in Algiers, ADEME has launched its first edition of its competition, of which MEDENER is a partner

This competition targets to develop concretes solutions for the impacts of climate change  in the Mediterranean territory.

 

Local authorities, universities as well as NGO associated with local public actors are invited to submit their projects in one of the three following categories:

  • Arrangement, infrastructures and buildings,
  • Ecosystem and natural resources
  • Conception methods and public policies implementation

 

The three laureates (one per category) will be invited to participate to the COP 22 in Marrakech and their actions will be enhance through a special publication and during international conferences.

 

Applications are open from May 25th to September 16th 2016.
