PAREER-CRECE : Distribution per type of action (Source : IDAE)
Teresa Ribera was named Spain’s first minister for energy transition in June, 2018, with José Domínguez Abascal appointed the new secretary-general for energy. On 13th July, Joan Herrera Torres took over as director-general of the IDAE. These changes come in the wake of the replacement of the PAREER-CRECE programme for energy-efficient building renovation, launched in October, 2013, by PAREER II. The total financing package awarded to the two programmes by the IDAE amounts to €404M.
